Please Join ODN Chicago on April 13 for “Personal Leadership & OD.”
Personal Leadership can be defined as a system of self-management that allows one to be mindful and creative while operating across differences under stress and pressure. Personal Leadership model is built of six practices that people of different cultures, professions, and generations can easily relate to. When intentionally practiced PL provides us with a set of skills invaluable both professionally and personally.
The program will be presented by Tatyana Fertelmeyster, a founder and principal of Connecting Differences, LLC. She works with teams and their leaders to build vibrant and creative team cultures where value of diversity is appreciated and diversity of values is understood and leveraged to increase productivity, effectiveness, and quality of engagement.
