Organizational change happens best in an atmosphere of excitement. Too often, attempts at creating change and new learning are undermined by atmospheres of distrust and judgment. In this program, Ethan Schutz will present a model for creating healthy, productive organizational climates where people feel free to bring their very best to work. Using “The Human Element,” and FIRO® theory upon which it is based, we will experience how people can become motivated and excited to learn and create positive change, rather than being caught in an atmosphere of fear and defensiveness. The Human Element combines experiential methodology with an integrated set of psychometrics. By using effective tools for working through and resolving issues, people are more apt to enthusiastically implement organizational initiatives and contribute their full energies and talents.
