    Program Description:

In Justin Reinert’s decades as a practitioner in talent development, he has encountered many interventions related to Diversity & Inclusion but has seen us collectively fail to move the needle. Based on his experience and research, Justin kept coming back to concepts of deep self-awareness and radical acceptance of others. The result of this work is his new book, Creating Belonging: A Practical Guide to Accelerate Belonging in Organizations and Communities.

Join Justin to learn more about his findings and the Creating Belonging model to see how belonging is created at the intersection of authenticity and acceptance. In this session, individual reflection and small group discussions will help you explore how to balance authenticity and acceptance, see where you may sit in the model, and create a plan to move further into belonging.
