Cultural Differences in Recruiting

During this program, Aida Camara-Crowder from Next Land Consulting will share how intercultural dimensions and differences influence the journey of an employee from the recruiting cycle all the way to the on-boarding and promotion cycle within an organization. We will focus on the recruiting process, touch on the on-boarding process, and promotion cycle when relevant.

We will then open to the group for discussion of your own experiences and identify some best practices for a seamless intercultural career journey.
