Fireside Chat on OD in OD:
Use of Self in an Emerging Design of an Impactful Summit
Join three leaders from the committee producing the Organization
Development Network’s international Summit on
“Social Impact: Addressing the Challenges of Now.”
In this chat the three panelists will begin by sharing the methodological frameworks for the tracks they are supporting. We will challenge each other to apply those frameworks to the work process the team went through to create the Summit. Participants are invited to join the meta-analysis, add to the conversation, and learn from their experiences.
You will leave with solid examples of Appreciative Inquiry, the Conference Model and Adaptive Action and application examples on Earthshot OD, Sustainability and Human Flourishing. The Use of Self in OD is a lens through which we will work on sharing experiences.
