- Helping to Combat Burnout as an OD Practitioner
February 9, 2023
6:00 pm - 8:15 pm
Program Description
Burnout is a very real threat to our health, our life satisfaction, and our effectiveness as leaders, partners, and parents – and the impact for our organizations in terms of attrition and rapidly diminishing engagement is significant. The need for practical organizational support and personal resilience skills has never been more urgent.
As OD practitioners, leaders and coaches, we are uniquely positioned to help our clients recognize burnout risks and identify crucial changes to build more resilient leaders and teams.
In this program Christy Mihina, founder of Verge Coaching & Consulting, will facilitate interactive learning and dialogue around:
- How to recognize and respond to the signs of burnout in yourself and others
- A framework for building more resilient leaders and teams
- Resilience practices you can apply with your clients and in your own life and work
