Change is constant and happening all around us. This session will highlight that change is not linear and leading through change (a responsibility of top leadership) is essential. We will also share more about a concept called “liquid change,” explore what it means and how it applies to your organization. Through engaging interaction, we will discuss how we as practitioners, can encourage a fluid approach to managing change within our own organizations.
