Reach Back to Go Forward: A Collectivist Approach to DEI

    • Reach Back to Go Forward: A Collectivist Approach to DEI
      November 10, 2022
      6:00 pm - 8:15 pm

Leadership practices, shaken to the foundations by economic upheavals, political divisiveness, generational differences and a global pandemic, are the subject of a great deal of conversation around diversity, inclusion, culture building, and promoting well-being.

OD professionals can be drawn to the latest iteration of good practice, or be jaded by having “heard it all before.”

Dr. Ron Sheffield will challenge us to reach back…to go forward.

During Native American Heritage Month, Ron invites us to view modern challenges through the lens of the wisdom of Indigenous peoples, and to be open to the insights of a collectivist approach. Whether your current pursuits are around promoting diversity and inclusion, or fostering belonging in a disconnected team, or setting a course for the future, you will find this interactive and collaborative session very powerful.

    About Our Facilitator:  Ron Sheffield
